✔ Do you feel mentally refreshed after practice?
✔ Are your clothes still dry and comfortable?
If most of your answers are “yes,” then congratulations.
This indicates that your body is entering the state that Tai Chi seeks to achieve—
where qi and blood flow smoothly, meridians gradually open up, and yang energy slowly rises.
